Well, let's start form the graphics of the game.
As i've already told, the 3D modellers:
On WEDNESDAYS Pokèmons modellers have to show us ONE NEW MODEL using this group.
On FRIDAYS Maps modellers have to show us ONE NEW MODEL using this group.

Now the textures, CheapBrain, PLEASE TRY TO DO ALL THE TEXTURES OF THE MAPS FROM PALLET TO VIRIDIAN FOREST WITHIN THE 1ST OF NOVEMBER.
With this we'll arrive at the 1st of November with all the material needed to do a DEMO all the way to VIRIDIAN FOREST.
But, at this point no demo will be released. So we can continue to animate Pokèmons for the Battles and, slowly, we'll continue to produce Maps and Models.
I HOPE ALL THE POKèMONS THAT WE CAN SEE FROM PALLET TOWN TO THE VIRIDIAN FOREST WILL BE FULL ANIMATED WITHIN THE DECEMBER 25TH 2012. So we could really release a Demo then and see the fruits of our hard working by plaiyng to the demo and see fans really starting following us ^^

Now let's talk about the 2D

We need to complete the 4 teasers BEFORE WITHIN THE 15TH OF SEPTEMBER. So we'll give use whole month for the auditions.
The 15th of october i and other elder members (lol) will select the best italian dubber for each character.
At that point we'll start the real animations. We need to complete the initial cutscene (pretty long...almost 10 minutes...but half of it is composed by static images) plus 3 little animation (< 30 sec.) WITHIN THE 15TH OF NOVEMBER.
And the Game Opening before the 25th of december.
I'll spend a bit more time for the 3D.
We need modellers that could do backgrounds for the battles like the ones i've showed you in that private note.
Anyone can?
I'll leave you saiyng that you are free to call a friend to join this project...right now more 3D modellers/animators will be useful

Ok, now i'm really done.
What i wrote here is the best way we could advance with MIT, i know it's hard and maybe we'll fail to release a demo as a christmas present...BUT I HOPE EVERYONE WILL USE ALL THE TIME THEY COULD IN ORDER TO DEVELOP MATERIAL USEFUL TO THE PROJECT.
